Preparation

Before the actual treatment, we analyze your skin condition and clarify your expectations and any contraindications (e.g. active inflammation or pregnancy) in a personal consultation. Depending on your initial situation and skin type, we will determine the optimal treatment method for you.

Direct sunlight and visits to solariums should be avoided two weeks before the procedure. It may also be necessary to stop taking light-sensitizing medication. We will advise you individually on this.

The intervention

The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the method. If necessary, an anesthetic cream can be applied. During the laser treatment or peeling, most patients only feel a slight burning or warm sensation. Immediately after the session, you will receive soothing care and detailed aftercare instructions.

Aftercare

In the days following the treatment, there may be slight redness, a feeling of tightness or flaking of the skin – this is part of the natural healing process. Make-up can usually be reapplied after 1-2 days.
