Preparation

The first step is a comprehensive consultation. We determine your wishes and look at which treatment method is the best choice for you. We will inform you about the exact procedure and possible risks. Ideally, you should refrain from smoking and taking blood-thinning medication for around 2 weeks before the procedure so that healing is not impaired.

The intervention

Depending on the method chosen, the treatment is performed under local anesthesia, twilight sleep or general anesthesia. In the surgical tightening procedure, we remove excess skin, while in the other procedures, autologous fat or collagen-stimulating fillers are injected into the buttock area.

Aftercare

Regardless of the method chosen, you should take certain aftercare measures following the treatment. You will be given compression pants, which you should wear for the next 6-8 weeks. For the first 2-3 weeks, sleep in a prone position if possible and refrain from sporting activities for at least 6 weeks.

Surgical butt lift

During a surgical buttock lift, excess skin is surgically removed and the underlying tissue is reshaped. The aim is to achieve a lifting, smoothing and contouring effect, resulting in a harmonious buttock shape. The scars are placed inconspicuously so that they are not visible in underwear or swimwear.

This method is ideal for excess skin after weight loss and can be combined with implants or autologous fat. It is used to smooth dents and wrinkles up to the buttock crease.

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

The Brazilian butt lift combines the augmentation and shaping of the buttocks with the body’s own fatty tissue. Fat is suctioned from other areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips or thighs, processed and injected into the buttocks.

This procedure enables a natural result without foreign bodies. Combined liposuction enables a significant tightening effect. Around 60-80% of the fat cells remain in the tissue in the long term. Important: Smokers should refrain from smoking for 4 weeks before and after the procedure in order not to impair wound healing.

Collagen stimulation with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA)

This non-invasive method is suitable for smoothing and subtly increasing volume. The bioactive ingredient stimulates the body’s own collagen production, making the skin structure firmer for weeks and visibly increasing volume.

The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and is virtually painless. The first results are visible after just a few weeks and the result lasts for up to two years. To achieve the desired result, we recommend 2-3 sessions at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks.
