Preparation

In a personal consultation, we analyze your skin and advise you on your options. The next step is to draw up an individual treatment plan. Make sure you avoid sunbathing for about a week before your appointment. If you are having a facial treatment, come without make-up and avoid using skin care products.

The treatment

The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and takes around 15-45 minutes, depending on the treatment area and extent. We apply an anaesthetic cream beforehand so that you only feel a pleasant warmth during microneedling. We guide a handpiece with very fine needles over your skin, which emit targeted radio frequency energy. The tissue is heated, which stimulates collagen and elastin production.

Aftercare

After the treatment, there is usually slight swelling and redness, which usually subsides after 2-3 days, at the latest after a week. Avoid sport, saunas and sunbathing for at least a week and apply sun protection with a high sun protection factor consistently.

In most cases, we recommend 2-4 sessions at intervals of 4 weeks. The final result can be seen approximately 6-8 weeks after the last treatment. A lasting result can be achieved through regular treatments every 6-12 months.
