TREMP Lift® – Customized Facial Lift in Switzerland

Frau mit schöner, ebenmässiger Haut, symbolisiert TREMP Lift® Behandlung

The signature facelift technique by PD Dr. med. Mathias Tremp – Board-Certified Specialist (FMH) in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.

The TREMP Lift® is an algorithm-based, fully personalized facelift concept. It combines modern techniques such as deep-plane facelift, high-SMAS lift, endoscopic lifting, and lateral SMASectomy. The goal is a natural, long-lasting rejuvenation without an operated appearance.

What makes the TREMP Lift® different?

Facial aging occurs individually. Different areas—midface, jawline, or neck—require distinct surgical strategies.

The TREMP Lift® is based on:

    • Analysis of the dominant sinking region
    • selective ligament solution
    • individual vector planning
    • Combination of proven techniques if required

The 4 categories of the TREMP Lift®

    1. Mild Sagging

Technique: Endoscopic lifting ± limited SMAS modification
Vertical lift vector, minimal preparation, short downtime.
Ideal for early jowls and incipient aging.

    2. Moderate sagging

    Technique: High-SMAS facelift
    Vertical-superolateral repositioning of the midface.
Harmonious improvement of the cheek contour and jawline.

    3. Severe sagging of the midface

Technique: Deep plane facelift with ligament release
Composite flap technique with tension at a deep level for natural and long-lasting results.

    4. Pronounced sagging of the lower face & neck

Technique: Lateral SMA sectomy ± platysmaplasty
Efficient correction of jowls and neck sagging.

    Hybrid technology

Many patients require a combination of techniques. The TREMP Lift® allows an individualized hybrid strategy for optimal balance and naturalness.

    Vector planning

The lift vectors are individually adjusted. Younger patients benefit from more vertical vectors, older patients from oblique-posterior vectors. Skin and SMAS vectors are deliberately differentiated to ensure a natural result.

    Healing process

Usually socially acceptable after 10-14 days. Final result visible after 3-6 months. Durability often 10-15 years, depending on technique and individual anatomy.

    FAQ – Frequently asked questions

In a deep-plane facelift, the skin and SMAS are mobilized together. In the SMAS facelift, the SMAS layer is tightened separately.

No. The tension is distributed to deep structures, not to the skin.

Usually 10-15 years or longer, depending on individual ageing.
